For the dish you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized zucchini weighing up to a kilogram or 2 small ones;
  • 1 small eggplant;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • a handful of mushrooms;
  • 200 grams of minced meat of your choice;
  • small bulb onion;
  • grated hard cheese - the more the better;
  • spices and salt.

Mushrooms, if large, cut and boil.Finely chop the onion, place in a frying pan and brown until golden brown, then add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring, a couple of minutes. Zucchini peel and large seeds, cut into slices, the same thing to do with eggplant. Salt the vegetables and then lay them in a baking dish in separate layers: first the zucchini, then the eggplants, then evenly distribute the minced meat, finish with tomato and onion slices with mushrooms. Vegetable casserole will be ready in 20 minutes, after a specified time, remove the dish from the oven, generously sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for another five minutes.   • 1 squash weighing 600-800 grams;
  • 2-3 potato tubers;
  • butter - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • 2 tbsp. wheat flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk;

  • 1 egg, salt and spices.

After preparing the sauce, thanks to which the vegetable casserole will acquire its unique taste: fry the flour in butter (it is best to do it in a small saucepan), then pour in the milk and cook for a while until the liquid thickens. Cool slightly and add an egg, salt. This sauce should pour vegetables, sprinkle with cheese on top and send to the oven for 20 minutes.

What could be better than a combination of vegetables and tender poultry meat? To prepare a beautiful and tasty dish, remove from your stock:

  • a pound of minced chicken;
  • large bulbous bulb;
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes;
  • 1 pc. potatoes and sweet peppers;
  • a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, a sufficient amount of hard grated cheese - 100-150 grams, spices and vegetable oil.

Chop the onions thoroughly - this can be done ina blender or grinder (or just chop with a knife). Stir the mixture with the minced chicken, salt and sprinkle with pepper, you can also take spices for meat. Tomatoes and pepper mend crumbled, and grate potatoes on a coarse grater. All a little salt. In the baking dish, first put the minced meat, potato paste, on top of the pepper and tomatoes. Pour sour cream on, generously sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven to brown (set the temperature within 200 degrees). In 30-40 minutes, the vegetable casserole will be ready. It can be served on the table with sour cream or natural yoghurt, as well as fresh vegetable salad. Since the dish is made from any vegetables, you can take carrots, cauliflower, zucchini and eggplants.
