Very tasty it turns out pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce with the addition of potatoes. As a result, you get a hearty meal, which consists of both a meat part and a side dish. In addition, this recipe does not envisage many stages of the preparation of products - roasting, blanching, etc., which saves time.
Composition of products:
- 600 grams of pork;
- 300 g of mushrooms;
- 8-10 pcs. medium potato;
- 2 pcs. bulbs;
- 1 cup sour cream;
- 2-3 art. l mayonnaise;
- 1 glass of water;
- spices to taste;
- greenery.
Preparation
- Meat can be either pulp or containsmall bones. The main thing is that it does not have a vein and excess fat. It is advisable to use young pork. Cut it into pieces about two by three centimeters. Lay on the bottom of the pots, dividing into equal portions.
- The next layer should be shredded onions. Season with some spices and salt.
- Mushrooms clean, wash, cut in half, and then into thin plates. Lay on top of the bow.
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Place it on the mushrooms.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and water. Salt and pepper. Pour the dressing in the pots. If necessary, add water so that the contents are almost covered with liquid.
- Stew pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce in the oven for about 1 hour. Observe the temperature range - 200 degrees. When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.
Pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce and tomatoes

- 0.5 kg of pork;
- 200 g fresh champignons;
- 3 fresh ripe tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme;
- 1 small clove of garlic;
- 3 tbsp. l sour cream;
- 100 g of any hard cheese;
- 3-4 Art. l oils;
- salt;
- some ground pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the meat into thin, long pieces and quickly fry it in butter, stirring occasionally. Put the mass in the pan.
- Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms.
- Chop onions, garlic and tomatoes with a knife into small pieces. If desired, tomatoes can be pre-peeled after blanching in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Place mushrooms in a frying pan. After light browning, season with vegetable and extinguish for 10 minutes. Add the mixture to the meat.
- Fill the dish with sour cream, spices and salt and, stirring, leave on medium heat to boil slowly for 15 minutes.
- When serving, sprinkle some grated cheese over the meat and mushrooms.
