But how to restore the pension certificate, which was previously issued?
According to federal law, a person who has lostThis document may receive a duplicate in the Pension Fund. For this, it is necessary for him to apply for a duplicate within one month.
A duplicate certificate is issued if:
1. You are a working person.
2. You are just an individual and independently, on your own initiative, pay contributions to the local branch of the Pension Fund.
3. You, according to the civil or labor contract, are not working, are not registered as the insured.
The decision to issue a duplicate certificate is taken after the submission of the application within one month.
