For the filling you will need: red, yellow and green peppers - 1 piece each; cauliflower about 500 grams; 3 eggs; a glass of cream; ½ cup of milk; 150 gr. hard cheese; a mixture of dried herbs.
Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, flour and salt, knead a soft, elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and place in the fridge for half an hour.
