Delicious Avocado Sauce
When your mayonnaise is ready, you can make a great addition from it, for example, to vegetable dishes or meat. For the sauce, take:
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of homemade mayonnaise;
- one lime juice or a couple of teaspoons of lemon;
- a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and a little white pepper.
Peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut it.pulp slices. Put them in a blender with other ingredients and beat well for 30 seconds. After a delicious sauce excellent creamy consistency is ready.
