For cooking you will need:a glass of milk, a pound of sifted flour, a pack of yeast, a glass of sugar, margarine, a pinch of salt, three tablespoons of ground cinnamon and an egg. The yeast is dissolved in warm milk, sugar, salt, ½ pack of margarine, which is slightly heated, and eggs are added. Everything is mixed, at the end add flour and knead the dough. After 30 minutes, when the dough rises and increases in volume, it is spread on a floured table and rolled into a thin rectangular layer. Melt a small piece of margarine and grease the dough with it. Then sprinkle it evenly with cinnamon and roll along into a roll. Roll cut across into pieces, 3 cm thick and spread on a pre-greased baking sheet cut down. Sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven at the minimum temperature for 40 minutes.

Milk is slightly warmed up, dissolving sugar, salt and yeast in it. Add egg, flour, 100 gr. melted butter and knead the dough. Leave it to rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes. When the dough fits, it is smeared with vegetable oil and rolled into a thin rectangular sheet. The sheet is rolled into a roll and cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Each of these pieces is cut in the middle, leaving 1 cm from the edge, and then turned so that the bun resembles an eight. Buns sprinkled with sugar and baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
