In summer, as always, I do not know where to put the blackcurrant, in our garden there are a lot of bushes, and even the grandmother carries buckets. I'll put the compotes on, I'll cook the jam, I'll freeze it in a fresh form, but still there are a lot of currants. So I decided to bake a pie with currants. Recipe, although simple, but the pie turns out very tasty and beautiful, it was to taste even a capricious meal in the youngest.
So, to make a pie with currants to usa glass of fatty kefir (I usually take 3.2%), one egg of chicken, 100 g of sugar, two glasses of wheat flour, a glass of fresh black currant berries (by the way, it's also made of frozen ones), soda or baking powder, a pinch of salt and a little vegetable oil.
First we prepare the dough.Kefir, egg, salt and sugar whisk together with a mixer, add baking powder or quenched soda, mix everything. Introduce the flour and knead the dough for the pie. We roll our dough into a layer and lay it in a pre-greased shape, we form small sides. Then we take the black currant, wash it, let the water drain. Then put the berries on the dough and lightly press them, but not much so that the berries are not wrinkled. Bake in the oven for half an hour. Finished pie with currants sprinkled with powdered sugar, powder we do not regret, otherwise the pie will seem sour. We cut into portions and serve hungry relatives.
It should be noted that the currant can be replaced by any other berries or fruits, you will get no less tasty and beautiful pie.
My good friend, who is fond ofbaking, offered to bake a sand pie with a currant, the recipe of which I liked, and I decided to cook it. For the test, we need the following products: wheat flour 400 grams, butter cream 1 packet (for lack of it, and creamy margarine), 2 yolks, 100 grams of sugar, vanillin and salt. Wipe the oil on a large grater, mixed with a small amount of flour, salt and sugar. We beat the yolks, combine them with butter, add flour and vanillin, mix the short dough.
The filling will consist of a packet of sour cream, 2eggs (plus the 2 remaining from the preparation of the dough protein), 200 grams of black currant fresh or frozen, a spoonful of starch, 100 grams of granulated sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Sour cream, starch and eggs whisk with a mixer. Berries are thawed or mine, if they are fresh, letting water drain. Then roll the dough into a layer, put it in a mold. From above distribute the black currant, sprinkle with sugar and fill with sour cream. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Piracy with currants is ready, you can serve for tea.
On the advice of this friend I tried to bake a pie with raspberries and cherries without pits, the taste is simply gorgeous, especially with the cherry pie, so special, summer.
Pie with currants is very useful, because in the currant itself there is a lot of vitamin C, and it, in turn, serves as a support for the immune system, so be sure to pamper yourself with this pie.
This cake is not bad at all and on yeasttest. I prepare it so. I take a pack of sour cream, 1 egg, a pinch of salt and sugar, 400 grams of flour and 20 grams of yeast dry or pressed. Egg beat with salt and sugar, add sour cream and whisk on. Then dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of warm water and pour into the sour cream mixture. I add the flour and knead the dough. I give the finished test to rise. If you put it in a warm place it will rise in about 40 minutes. And then I prepare berries. Since the dough is unsweetened, I take a glass of sugar, a glass of black currant and rub it with a blender. To the filling does not flow out of the pie, I add semolina. I bake in the oven and enjoy the taste of the pie. Similarly, you can prepare and other stuffing or even use the usual berry jam. So cook with pleasure!
