Regulation on physical training
In 2009, order No. 200 was signed“Manual on physical training in the armed forces”, where there are clear criteria for assessing physical training, depending on the group to which the military belongs, and on the duration of his service.

- conscripts;
- special forces;
- university students;
- officers;

Standards for women
As not only men serve in the army, but alsowomen, then they also developed standards for physicians for contract servicemen. They are divided into two groups: for those who are younger and for those who are over 25 years old.
Women under the age of 25 should:
- pull up 12 times;
- make 25 torso torso;
- 100 meters run, take no more than 19 seconds;
- cross in 3 km to run in 25 minutes.
Women over the age of 25 should:
- push-ups on the bar at least 10 times;
- make at least 20 bends of the body;
- run 100 meters in 25 seconds;

- average physical load: the first group - up to 145, the second - up to 140, the third - up to 135, the fourth - up to 130, and the fifth - up to 125;
- high load: the first group - up to 170 beats per minute, the second and third - 165, the fourth - 145, the fifth - 135.
The results of the tests are evaluated by points.
Training verification program
The level of training is assessed when performing the following groups of exercises:
- endurance;
- dexterity;
- speed;
- strength exercises;
- applied military skills.
Full list of exercises that are usedfor this purpose, it is contained in Appendix 17 to the NFP 2009. When passing the standards, only part of them that is proposed in the list is fulfilled. It depends on the professional activities of the military and his place of service.
