Emotionally strong-willed sphere of personality

Emotional-volitional sphere of personality includestwo closely interrelated concepts, one of which is human emotions and feelings, and the other is will. These forms of mental reflection are characteristic of all living beings. And they are expressed not only in internal experiences, but also in the form of bodily manifestations, such as changes in facial expressions, gestures, posture, excessive sweating, or disturbances in the frequency of breathing and heartbeat.

The emotional-volitional sphere of the person does not haveanalogues. Each person reacts in his own way to the same mental process. An identical state may, in one individual, cause an emotional lift, and in another, persistent apathy. Some people will spur a sense of fear and danger, others it will cause numbness from helplessness. Deep depression and awareness of their own insignificance leads to disruption of the normal course of mental processes in the body. Very often, people with similar disorders the only way out of this situation seems to be suicide.

However, in most cases negativeemotional states are only harmful in excess. Experiments have shown scientists that some of the effects of negative stimuli have a positive effect on life expectancy. The mental activity of any person needs to receive negative tension. Indeed, without it, it will not be possible to fully enjoy positive emotions. It is just as impossible to constantly drink without even feeling thirsty.

Emotional-volitional sphere of personality includesyourself a bright kaleidoscope of indescribable sensations and emotions, an example of which can be called passion. This deep emotional experience is strongly expressed in individuals with an unstable psyche. It can continue for quite a long time and be associated with many factors. Passion can arise both to a living object, and to any state or memory. One of the constant emotions of each person is mood. Without this “chronic” state, not a single moment of life passes. It is clearly reflected in the behavior and gestures of each individual.

The most powerful in its structure isemotional reaction of the body called affect. It instantly captures the human psyche and summarizes all the experiences in a single complex. Very often, such control over the body leads to the most unexpected consequences. Affect is terrible for its uncontrollable actions and unrestrained surge of emotions.

However, the emotional-volitional sphere of personalityincludes not only human feelings and emotions. The concept of will, as a process that contributes to the conscious management of one's psyche, is also an integral part of each person. It is the will that is manifested in overcoming various obstacles and hindrances that have arisen on the path of a person. Only a strong-willed person will be able to achieve the goal set before himself and bring all undertakings to a logical end.

The will sphere of the person is not separateproperty of the human psyche. That is why it must necessarily be considered only together with other aspects of his mental life. Indeed, in reality, a strong-willed person suppresses some emotions for the sake of the realization of others. Based on the above, it can be noted that the concept of "will" is the ability of the body to act in accordance with the task, not paying attention to any desires and aspirations.

Like any kind of human activity, volitional sphere requires strong psychological support. That is the engine of will are feelings. After all, even a person who is indifferent to himself cannot become an owner of a strong will. He surrenders to the mercy of a blind event without a fight. Such people are very often the silent slaves of their passions, unable to generate either a sense of a little bit of satisfaction from their accomplishment, nor find the optimal path in life. A similar attitude to the self is formed from the school. That is why every young person should think in advance about obtaining sufficient knowledge and filling the circle of future interests.
