- Chop onion and garlic as little as possible.

Such a product can be an excellent basis for vegetable sauces or a variety of soups.
Vegetable "stew"
If the farm has overgrown cucumbers, recipesyou can come up with the most unexpected. Indeed, in the right hands any products can turn into a real yummy. Take, for example, a salad that requires:
- carrot,
- Bell pepper,
- bow,
- tomatoes,
- cucumbers,
- greenery,
- vegetable oil,
- salt and a little ground pepper.
Cooking process:
- Cut the big cucumbers in half lengthwise and remove all the seeds, and cut the dough into pieces. Chop the crushed product in oil in a deep frying pan.
- The remaining vegetables, too, cut into small pieces and add to the cucumbers. It is necessary to simmer until each of the products is fully prepared.
- Hot mix prepackaged on the banks and roll up.
After cooling, they can be stored even withroom temperature. On the taste, no one will even say that these are overgrown cucumbers. Recipes will differ only in the composition of the original components. To the table such a dish can be served in two ways. When cold, it is a juicy vegetable salad. If the mixture is heated, you get a wonderful side dish.
Interesting options
The hostesses often have to make blanks fromovergrown cucumbers. After all, the surprises of nature are hard to predict. So you have to find a way out. For example, make a salad in Korean style. It is very simple if you have at hand:
- 3 kilograms of cucumbers,

Cucumber caviar
People often, not knowing what to make of overgrowncucumbers, just throw them out. But such waste is completely unjustified. In the right hands, such a product can be transformed simply beyond recognition. There is a recipe by which you can cook an original dish, and no one will distinguish it from the famous squash caviar. You will need some basic products:
- kilogram of cucumbers,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- bulb,
- one and a half teaspoons of ground paprika,
- 1 carrot,
- ½ teaspoon of sugar and apple cider vinegar,
- salt,
- 50 grams of vegetable oil.
Caviar is cooked quickly:
- Peel the cucumbers and then remove all the seeds from them. They only spoil the taste. Grate the remaining pulp using a large grater.
- On the same grater, chop the carrot and then finely chop the onion with a knife. Both vegetables for 15 minutes to fry in oil.
- Cucumber mass squeeze, and then add to the pan. Mass with constant stirring simmer another 40 minutes.
- 10 minutes before the end to enter the remaining components.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and turn it into a homogeneous mass.
Now it can be used as a snack or warm slightly, and then rolled up in prepared jars.
Salty "giants"
Large overgrown cucumbers somehow not acceptedpickle. Have not yet come up with such banks. But not so simple. Salting overgrown cucumbers is a separate issue that needs special attention. It is clear that they will not fit entirely in banks. Therefore, it is better to make them original rolls. The ingredients will require the most common:
- 1 kilo of huge cucumbers,
- half a liter of water
- garlic head,
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
- 20 leaves of currant,
- salt,
- greens (50 grams of dill and 20 grams of tarragon).
To cook such a dish is very interesting:
- First, cucumbers should be freed from hard peels, and the rest cut into thin slices.
- Chop greens with garlic randomly.
- Lay cucumbers and garlic with chopped greens on the bottom of a wide dish in alternate layers. Cover gently with a currant leaf and pour salt solution on it.
- Put a plate on top and set the oppression.
- The construction put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Tomorrow you can begin salting. To do this, first put currant leaves on the very bottom of each jar.
- Cucumbers with greens roll in the form of rolls.
- Tightly put them in the banks.
