However, even with such a widespread prevalence of dishes with shrimp are still considered a delicacy. Let us consider several options for the preparation of these crustaceans.
Fried tiger shrimps
Ingredients
- 1 pack of shrimp tiger (500 g);
- 100 g of butter;
- 3 tooth. garlic;

Preparation

Ingredients
- 8-10 shrimp tiger;
- 400 g of colored cabbage;
- 2 table. spoons of lemon juice;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 3-4 sprigs of dill, parsley;
- salt.
Preparation
- In the bowl of a double boiler lay tiger shrimp (the recipe assumes the presence of this miracle of technology). For full readiness, it’s enough to keep them there for 6-8 minutes. Remove the shell and get rid of the intestinal vein.
- In boiling milk, lower the cauliflower disassembled into inflorescences. Boil for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Beat with a blender until smooth and puree. Salt Add lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 250 grams of shrimp;
