Their most important advantage is a large supply of protein. This is especially true of dried mushrooms, from which you can cook soups, prepare fillings for pies and pancakes, make caviar.
The soup of dried mushrooms turns out delicious,nutritious and very satisfying. Before cooking, pour them with water or milk and let them stand for about an hour. During this time, the mushrooms swell and become as fresh.

Dried Mushroom Soup
Ingredients for soup: two onions, 20 dried mushrooms, a couple of tablespoons of butter, parsley, dill and salt.

Chicken Mushroom Cream Soup
