- kefir in the amount of 1 cup;
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l .;
- flour 2.5 cups;
- soda 0.5 tsp;
- salt to taste.

Knead the dough, cover and set aside for half an hour. Then knead the dough again and divide it into portions.
