Classic recipe: salted cucumber
Main Ingredients:
- cucumbers (1 kg);

- horseradish;

- water (one liter).
Technology of preparation
Cucumbers carefully wash.Then take a saucepan, put the vegetable and pour cold water. At six o'clock, leave, and better at night. Cooking pickle. Pour one liter of water into the pan and pour 50 grams of salt. Boil until it dissolves. Cool the resulting brine and filter. Prepare greens, wash. We take the enameled or glass container. We begin to lay layers: blackcurrant and cherry leaves, umbrellas of dill, horseradish, garlic, and then cucumbers. Fill with brine. Put a plate on top and a load on it. Note! To salty cucumber is not moldy, it would be good to add dry mustard. This is optional. So, we leave the banks in a warm place for five days. Salted cucumber can try in two days. Hot salting

Wash the cucumbers and soak in cold water overnight.Sterilize the glass jars. Pour water into the pan and sprinkle with salt. Boil it. Main Ingredients:

- dill;
- bulb onions;
- water;
- sugar;
- horseradish;
- pepper;
- salt;
- vinegar.
Technology of preparation
Wash cucumbers. Tails trim.Then cut the vegetables into slices. Put in a bowl and add salt. Stir and cover. Leave for twelve hours. While washing the herbs, peel the garlic and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pour out the juice from the bowl. We put greens and cucumbers in jars. Fill with boiling water. For five minutes, leave. Water is drained and poured again. Repeat the process twice. Add garlic, pepper and onion. Mix sugar and salt in water. We put on the fire, boil, add vinegar. Stir well. Then pour cucumbers with brine and roll up the banks. Turn them over. Leave to cool. Keep jars in a cool place.
