Of course, this fruit is not only healthy, but also very tasty. Juicy, crispy, sweet and sour apples love almost everything. And in our country it is and one of the most accessible sources of vitamins. But just eating apples every day can be boring. In this case, various recipes come to the rescue. Now autumn is the perfect season for homemade apple baking. The most popular recipe known to everyone, probably Charlotte. But seg on the other hand, we suggest cooking something else, namely a sweet cake with apples, as well as nuts and other additives.

Cooking the foundation for pies
Many novice confectioners scare the word"Opara", it makes even abandon your favorite recipe. In fact, everything is not at all scary, the main thing here is to follow a clear pattern and, however strange it may sound, to love and feel the dough. Many housewives say that baking must be prepared in a good mood. So we charge positive and go!
Preparatory stage: opara
We will need:
- Milk bag (900 ml - 1 liter);
- fresh yeast (50 grams);
- sugar (large spoon);
- salt (a teaspoon without a hill);
- flour (add, focusing on the consistency of the test).
Fresh yeast must be broken into small pieces.size. Heat the milk slightly (it should not be very hot) and dilute the yeast in it. Add sugar and salt, mix thoroughly. Now gradually add flour and monitor the consistency of the dough. It is necessary that the resulting mass resembled thick cream. Next step: muffin
For its preparation we need:
- sugar (300 grams);
- eggs (4 pieces);
- butter (pack);

After half an hour, take the dough and add the egg-sugar mixture to it, gradually pour in the butter, not forgetting to carefully stir the dough. Add a little more (about half a cup) of flour and vegetable oil. Everything, now the main thing - to monitor the condition of the dough and knead it well, adding flour as needed. How to understand how much to pour? Very simple - the dough should easily move away from the hands, rolling into a ball. But at the same time do not be too tight, steep and heavy. Gentle soft dough is a guarantee that your apple pie will be tender and airy.

Closed Apple Cake
The recipe from the photo above was the basisour future creativity. From the resulting dough can now make several different types of baking. Let's start with a closed pie. We will make the filling of apples with dried fruits. Take 5 medium apples, half a cup of chopped dried apricots and the same amount of dark raisins. It is better to soak dried fruits in advance in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
Collecting the cake is very simple.We take a container for baking (you can pan with high sides) and lubricate it with butter, preferably creamy. About a third is separated from our test. We divide it into two parts. We roll both in the form of a circle (or another shape, depending on the baking mold). We spread the bottom, carefully leveled and leaving the bumpers. Then lay out the stuffing - diced apples, mixed with dried fruit. Sprinkle them with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or pour honey over them. Take the second part of the rolled dough and close the cake. The edges need to be tweaked neatly.
The oven must be preheated to 200 degrees,bake the cake at this temperature for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 170-180 degrees. Check the readiness of the cake with a stick. On average, it will take 40 minutes. The apple pie can be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Believe me, this dessert turns out to be the most delicious!
Banana-Apple Pie
We still have 2/3 of the cooked dough.Half of this piece will go to the next dessert. For this recipe you need three large apples, two small bananas and berry jam (cherry, currant, blueberry). Fruits cut into thin slices.
Lubricate the baking pan with oil and lightlysprinkle with flour. The dough is well spaced, it is soft and pliable, so that it can be leveled directly in the form. From above we grease dough with jam, we spread banana slices and decorate sweet cake with apples. In the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, cook 35-40 minutes. Ready dessert can be sprinkled with nuts.
Apple and Berry Pie
