Sunflower seeds are traditional anda favorite treat for the Slavs. In Ukraine they are even jokingly called "black gold of the country", because this product is very expensive, and sunflower oil is exported to many countries. Popular is not only the oil of this plant, but also the grain, however, few know how to fry seeds, so people prefer to buy already fried foods, and in fact they are often inferior to those that we will cook for your taste. After all, some like well-roasted, brownish grains, some - slightly toasted, almost white, someone adores salted, someone - a sort of "butter", and someone - large low-fat seeds.
So, let's look at a few ways,how to fry the seeds properly. To begin with, no matter how we are going to prepare a future treat for consumption, we should wash it. What for? Firstly, if sunflower seeds are filled with water, debris pops up, which must be carefully removed. Then you need to rinse the seeds with plenty of water. When you have found the flavor suitable, pour the finished product into a wooden bowl (or even better - on a spacious wooden board, so that you can lay the seeds evenly). Cover the bowl or board with a dense napkin so that the cooling of the delicacy is by no means fast, leave it for 10 minutes.
Some people like salted seeds to beer.How to fry sunflower seeds? Washed and dried grains mix with a large salt. The cooking process is similar to the previous one, but the difference is that you have to start frying on intense heat, and then muffle it. At the end of the frying, when the flame is minimal, the seeds with salt should be sprinkled with a small amount of sunflower oil and continue frying for another two minutes, stirring intensively. Then cover the board or bowl with a paper towel to remove excess fat, and leave it to cool for 20 minutes under a napkin.
If you like low-fat, dried seeds, youYou need to know how to fry the seeds in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pour the grains on a baking tray, smooth. Put them in the oven for a few minutes. Take out, mix, try on readiness. If the seeds are damp, put the product in the oven for a couple of minutes.
You can very quickly fry the seeds and inmicrowave oven. To do this, the oven is set to the middle mode, and the washed and dried seeds are, naturally, poured into non-metallic refractory utensils. Turn on for 1 minute, mix, turn on for another minute and leave to cool, without opening the door.
