In each three-liter jar, put ten apricot halves. Pour two cups of cherries on top. Fill neatly the contents of the cans with boiling water. Then you need to use a special lid with holes. With it, drain the water into a saucepan. Now, in this container, pour out the sugar at a rate of 250 g per jar. After boiling, pour the fruit over the syrup and roll them in lids. Turn over, wrap the compote until completely cooled.

Original, bright and very healthy drink.it turns out, if sugar is replaced by honey. And the combination of two tastes will make compote surprisingly fragrant. Take 2 kg of cherries and strawberries. Berries sort out and wash. Remove pits from cherries. In a large pot, place two glasses of honey. After it has melted almost completely over low heat, pour 6 liters of water and stir until a homogeneous syrup is obtained. Put strawberries and cherries in a saucepan and boil them. Having boiled the compote, leave it to cool, turning off the fire. Repeat this process three more times within two days. In the last, fifth stage, pour the stewed compote into sterile jars and roll up.
