- about 3-3.5 kg of pork loin;
- 0.5 kg of white cabbage;
- 200 g fresh champignons;
- 100 g or 10 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
- spices and salt.
How to prepare such a loin on the bone?The recipe requires two strips of loin on the bones - 8-9 ribs in each. Can be with balyk, but without the spine. You can change the ingredients for the filling to your liking by adding or deleting products. The special flavor of the stuffing will give prunes or smoked bacon. Ribs cut under the same size, from the inside remove the film. Pieces of pits should be removed, and, if necessary, wash and dry the meat. Retreat from the edge of 10 centimeters and make a straight incision line across the sternum. Cut the meat to bare part of the ribs. You can remove the meat layer from the outside of the piece in order to further close the vegetable filling. Rub meat with salt, spices, lightly pour with oil. Place the loin on a baking sheet, cover with foil and leave to marinate overnight.
Now take up the preparation of the filling.Chop cabbage, lightly salted. Wash mushrooms and cut into large slices. Onion cut into half rings. Cabbage fry in butter for half an hour. Now it's time to bake the dish - half an hour at 180 degrees. After that, cover the center with foil and bake for another hour and a half, but reduce the heat to 160 degrees.
