For 8 servings of pink salmon cutlets you will needthe following products: 900 g pink salmon, 1 chicken egg, 200 grams of zucchini (pulp), 1 large onion, 1 teaspoon tea salt (only the main thing - without the top), a little black ground pepper at the tip of the knife, 4 spoons of bread crumbs, half a cup sunflower oil.

This dish is very tasty - pink salmon cutlets.The recipe is quite simple: pink salmon must be defrosted, cut and separate the meat from the skin and bones, that is, to make fillets. Then chop the fillets on the board into small pieces. Zucchini clean from seeds and peels. Peel the onion. Then cut the zucchini and onions into pieces (small) and pass through a blender or meat grinder. Now you have two pieces of minced meat - meat and vegetable. They need to be mixed with each other, add pepper, salt and 1 chicken egg. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Minced into 8 parts divided with wet hands; hemust be thick enough to not stick to them. From these blanks sculpted burgers in the form of an oval and each roll in breadcrumbs. Roll and flatten the sides of the cutlets with a wide knife to make not only tasty, but also beautiful pink salmon cutlets. The recipe also involves the use of some other seasonings, except pepper: they need to pour in the stuffing. Choose them at your discretion.

Now you need to fry the cutlets of pink salmon.The recipe involves frying even on sunflower, even on olive oil. But it is better to use sunflower - olive will give an unnecessary taste in this case.

Cod cutlets. Recipe with the addition of brandy

Ingredients:1 kilogram of northern cod, 1 small onion and 2 large ones, sunflower oil and creamy, white bread (but bread without crusts is needed), gherkins, provencal mayonnaise and spicy ketchup, salt and ground black pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon of brandy, dill.

Defrost cod of northern cod and separate frompeel. Fillet turned out through a meat grinder. White bread, separated from the crusts, soak a little in milk, squeeze and skip again with the fillet through a meat grinder. But before that, you must add a small onion and two large ones, pre-fried in a pan in a mixture of vegetable butter and oils. Separately, beat two chicken eggs and then pour them into the stuffing. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything and put in the fridge for an hour - stand. Before making cutlets from minced meat and roll them in breadcrumbs, you should put a small piece of butter (only solid, from the freezer).

Now - cooking sauce. Mayonnaise mixed with ketchup, brandy, finely chopped dill and gherkins.

Burgers cutlets

Composition:650 grams of burbot fillet, 200 grams of rice, 400 grams of sour cream, 30 grams of vegetable oil, 100 grams of milk, 40 grams of flour, onions (if desired, you can replace it with fresh green), red pepper and salt - to taste.

Fillet is a meat in its pure form, withoutany bones, cartilage, tendons, skin, and the like. So, this very burbot fillet must be minced or blender together with the onions that you prefer. Add boiled rice, milk, salt and pepper to this stuffing, and then mix everything thoroughly. Form round patties from the resulting mass, breaded in flour and then fry in vegetable oil in a pan until a crust of a pleasant rosy color appears. Then pour sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. It should be served with a side dish of fried potatoes or mashed potatoes.
