  • 1 kilo of lingonberries (respectively, if you have more berries, increase the proportions);
  • 200 grams of sugar.

Wash the berry, put it in a saucepan and send tooven to languish - lingonberry should give juice, drain it. After boil the liquid with sugar for 10 minutes. Spread the fruit on the jars, cover with the resulting juice, cover and sterilize. So cranberries will be beautifully stored until spring.

At 1 kilogram of fresh, washed and sorted berries you will need:

  • a pound of fresh apples;
  • 300 g of granulated sugar;
  • 400-500 g (2 glasses) of clean drinking water.

Then, through a colander, transfer the lingonberry water to another pan and leave the berries themselves in a sieve. Now rinse fragrant, juicy apples, peel off seeds and peel, cut into slices or cubes. Bring the boiled lingonberry broth to the boil, put the fruit in it, pour out the sugar and cook for 5-10 minutes. There after the specified time, lay the lingonberries and cook another 5 minutes. Ready - turn off the gas, cool a little and spread the resulting compote in banks.

Another way to keep a berry until a long winter -cook out of it in store. And for it you can use not only lingonberries, but also add to it citrus fruits - lemon or orange, other berries, for example, cranberries, or spices for flavor. And the workpiece itself is done as follows. Take:

  • 1 kilo of lingonberries;
  • 1 kilogram of granulated sugar.
