Prepare a meatloaf with minced meat and egg. It is prepared easily and quickly, it turns out very satisfying, and for the holiday allows you to experiment with stuffing and decorations.

Classic recipe of minced meat roll with egg.Products: beef pulp - 600 g, wheat bread - 100 g, onion - 4 onions, a glass of milk or water, egg - 3 pieces, parsley, pepper, salt, vegetable oil.
