When making an employee on a business trip shouldto know that the order (instruction) for this is given either by the manager or his authorized person. The duration of the trip can not be more than 40 days without taking into account the time on the road. If the trip is associated with the installation or construction work, then the period may be extended to one year. In addition, all the work or tasks that the employee is required to perform during the business trip must not contradict his functional duties prescribed in the employment contract. Employees may refuse to travel if:

- it is a pregnant woman;

- employees who are under 18 years of age (creative profession is an exception);

- employees, dependent of which are sick relatives;

- Mothers raising children under three years old or caring for children with disabilities under the age of 18 years.

If a travel form is issuedidentity card per person, the order is issued in accordance with the form of the T-9. If it is planned to send several people, then another form of T-9a is used for the order.
