Despite the economic crises, today the caralmost every family has it, and not even in a single copy. A car can be like that of a father and a mother, as well as their children who have reached a certain age when driving is already permitted. Pedestrians are becoming less and less, and, thus, on the roads of cities the situation becomes more complicated, traffic accidents are provoked, traffic jams happen, as we used to call them, “traffic jams”. All this kills our precious time, spoils our nerves, adversely affects our health and work. In such a situation, only good knowledge of the rules of the road and their responsible implementation can save us. But, unfortunately, many simply neglect this, considering that their causes are much more important than those of other law-abiding members of the movement.
Signs installed on the roads of our cities are of great importance. If they are correctly located in the right places, this also to some extent solves the problem.
What are the main prohibition signs of road traffic?
The "no entry" sign looks like a red circle withwhite brick in the center. This is the most common sign. We see it more often on the roads. It does not allow vehicles to enter this section of the road, possibly part of it. Exception: route vehicles (minibuses, buses, trolleybuses, trams) do not comply with this sign. In what situations are such prohibition signs prescribed? At the entrance in the opposite direction on the one-way road.
When leaving on a road on which thisthe direction is allowed only the movement of route transport in a separate lane, and to the adjacent territory, the entrance to which from this direction is strictly prohibited.
Depending on the individual situation, the punishment for failure to comply with this instruction may be different. This may be a warning, the recovery of penalties, and temporary deprivation of rights.
Forbidding traffic signs are always installed as necessary, and their requirements must in any case be met by drivers who meet these signs in their path.
The next major sign prohibitingmovement, is "movement prohibited." It also has a round shape, which is framed by a red stripe and in the center has no pattern. In the red frame is a white circle. These prohibiting road signs are similar in their meaning, but still have their own characteristics and differences.
The second sign prohibits movement not only in one, but also in the opposite direction, which means that it cannot be installed on a one-way road.
The sign "movement is prohibited" does not affect the movement of vehicles of urban routes, driven by disabled people of the first and second groups, as well as special vehicles carrying disabled people.
If you have not noticed or intentionally ignoredsuch prohibitory signs, you will have to answer for this act by law. The most common punishment for not paying attention to this road sign is a fine of three hundred rubles.
There is one more exception to the rule.referring specifically to the "traffic prohibited" sign. Vehicles may not respond to the sign by means of federal postal communications, as well as transport serving organizations and enterprises located on this (indicated) section. Also cars serving citizens living or working in the specified area. All the vehicles listed above are required to go to a restricted area and also leave it only through the section of the intersection closest to the designated place.
These prohibitive traffic signs areprincipal in this group. There is still a large number of them - “the movement of motorcycles is prohibited”, “the movement of trucks is prohibited” and many others. Their ignorance is a big mistake of an unprepared and, therefore, very dangerous driver. Knowledge is never superfluous, and if you always remember the rules of the road while driving, it will help you to avoid fines and emergency situations.
