In our rapidly changing modern agecomputer science and computing have become not just the norm of life, but have become concepts that define our life. Already the quality of human existence begins to depend on how well people understand them. If a person knows how to handle computer hardware on “you,” then he lives in the rhythm of time and is always expected to succeed.
The word "informatics" almost allLanguages of the world denotes science, which is connected with computer technology or computers. Specifically, this term has the following definition: this is the name of science, which has as its main task the study of various methods of obtaining, storing, accumulating, transmitting, transforming, and using information.
Computer science and computing help to understand the many processes associated with all existing information. Informatics itself examines the following questions:
-the possibility of entering research objects into programs and databases;
-effective and fast solution of information and necessary computational problems;
-determination of the type and method of storing the information located in a specific type and its restoration if necessary
- programming language and human interaction with computer programs.
Informatics and computing entered intohuman life is very recent. The very concept of "computer science" was introduced only in 1957 by the German Karl Steinbuch. And then this word and this concept began to spread throughout the world. As a separate science, it began to develop from the 1970s, and before that it simply entered, as a separate section, into mathematics and electronics.
This science consists of several sections.There are three main sections: theoretical computer science, applied and information systems. Technical fundamentals of computer science are considered in the information systems section and consist of information networks and systems, as well as information retrieval systems. Here it can be considered as consisting of two parts - these are software and hardware, that is, the hardware of computers itself, which is sometimes called "solid products" and software for computer equipment - "soft products".

Its main essence lies in the application of mathematical methods for the study and construction of various models for receiving, processing, transmitting and storing information. Applied computer science includes the use ofits in society, software, fighting computer viruses and the information society. Computer science and computing technology is used in modern life in several main areas:
-development of computing systems and the necessary software;
-the theory of information that studies all the processes associated with it;
- methods of artificial intelligence;
-system analysis;
- methods of machine animation and graphics;
Telecommunications, which include global computer networks;
-Various applications that cover almost all aspects of human activity.
There is no doubt that the developing technical progress has an important influence on our life and constantly presents new possibilities for humanity to receive, collect and store information.
