Among such bright, but extinct and forgotten stars is Boris Amaranth, whose cause of death remains a mystery to this day even for those who were personally acquainted with the artist.
Biography
Boris Amaranth was born on September 19, 1940 and was a descendant of several generations of clerics. As a child, he saw juggling performances in the circus and ill the arena.
Possessing tremendous diligence, a teenager, Boris Amarantov, himself mastered several circus techniques and began to organize performances in front of peers.
Despite this, he had to pass 6 timesexams in GUTSEI. As he later told himself, he succeeded in enrolling in this prestigious educational institution only thanks to the famous mime Leonid Yengibarov, who was a member of the selection committee. They tell a joke that the famous artist suggested to the annoying entrant to hold a spoon for 5 minutes on the nose, and Amaranth wanted to become a student so much that he stood motionless for 20 minutes. Then the hearts of the examiners quivered, and they decided to give the young man a chance.
Carier start
In 1962, Boris Amaranth graduated from GUTSEI, withgraduation number "Ke-la-la", staged by director Sergey Kastelyan. His performance created a sensation on the Blue Flame and immediately made the young artist known throughout the country.

Success

The issue was greeted by a multinational audience with delight. Eyewitnesses say that although he lasted only 3 minutes, the ovations of the auditorium lasted three times longer.
In the miniature "Atomishik finished badly" were used 2musical fragment: a lyrical song and compositions in the style of rockabilly. Their opposition created an unusual atmosphere on the stage and made the audience think about the fragility of the world, a step away from yet another global war.
After the overseas triumph of Amaranto became oftensend on international tours. In particular, he became one of the few Soviet artists who were allowed to show their art in Japan, Bulgaria, Sweden, the GDR and in Cuba. Moreover, in all these countries, the public gave him a standing ovation and admired the talent of the Soviet mime.
Becoming famous, Boris Amaranth created the theaterpantomimes. The main achievement of this period was the play “Wonders in a Bag”, staged by G. Chukhrai, M. Donskoy and B. Amarantov, who had great success.

Intrigue and persecution

Then the disappointed actor moved to France. There he began to attend pantomime classes, which were taught by the great Marcel Marceau himself.
Return
When perestroika began in the USSR, the actor decidedstart life anew in their homeland. He regained citizenship and arrived in Moscow. However, it turned out that nobody was waiting for him there. His old friend Sergey Kashtelyan especially hurt him. He not only did not want to help him, but literally pulled him down the stairs, accusing him of betraying the Motherland. And even the sister of the artist, who, in the absence of Amarantow, occupied his legitimate apartment, met her brother with hostility and treated him extremely disrespectfully. Such a cold reception from the closest people led to the fact that the talented artist, exhausted by life, fell into a state of passion.
