- sugar - 800 g;
- honey - 400 g;
- purified water - 1 l .;
- chocolate (white) - 70 g;
- vodka - 500 ml;
- sugar (vanilla) - 5 g;
- vanilla - 15 g;
- coffee (soluble) - 200 ml .;
- whiskey (Irish) - 250 ml .;
- caramel - 15 g;
- egg - 3 pcs.
First, prepare the creamy liqueur.Melt white chocolate and add milk. Next we send there whipped eggs and cream, vanilla sugar and honey and mix everything thoroughly. The last step is Irish whiskey. Now everything is well shaken and poured into a bottle. We prepare the coffee part. For her, we mix sugar, caramel and water, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. After cooling for 30 minutes. and add coffee there. In another vessel we add vodka, vanilla, sugar syrup and mix everything well. Now you need to leave this mixture for 3 weeks, only every week you need to mix. When the time passes, we pour the mixture into the bottle. All components of the Sheridan liqueur are ready.
