Jam from feijoa without cooking: classic cooking
For him you will need berries and sugar in equalquantities. Feijoa, wash, dry and grind in a meat grinder or grate in a bowl. Mix with the specified amount of granulated sugar, wait for it to dissolve, and then roll in a jar and take it away for storage - the feijoa jam without cooking is ready. It's so simple, even a child can master the recipe for cooking it. And due to the fact that the stock has not been heat treated, it will preserve absolutely all the vitamins that are present in fresh berries.
Jam from feijoa without cooking with citrus
For 1 kilogram of ripe berries you will need:
- 1 large orange;
- a pound (or a little more) of granulated sugar.
Tropical jam
A very tasty and unusual supply can be made by combining kiwi, orange, grapes and feijoa. Try it, it will be a real hit of your pieces. You will need:
- 300 g of feijoa berries;
- 2 soft kiwi fruit;
- orange;
- a handful of small grapes without pits;
- peel, taken from one lemon;
- sugar to taste (the resulting mass should be sampled).
Feijoa wash, cut the flower cups.Remove the kiwi pulp from the kiwi, and peel the orange from the peel and sunflower seeds. Whisk all these fruits (except grapes) in a blender, add grapes and lemon zest, mix. If it turned out very sourly, add sugar to taste.
