This incredibly tasty delicacy is loved like adults,so are the children. It is prepared from well ripened, but not overripe fruit. The recipe is simple and the dessert is healthy, as it contains many vitamins.
Large fruits need to be cleared from the core andpeel and fold into a china dish with a lid. Separately, prepare the syrup: 500 grams of sugar, pour 0.5 liters of water, heat until complete dissolution. Then pour the fruit prepared in such a way with hot syrup, cover with a lid and leave for a day. After filtering the fruit through a sieve. Boil the syrup again until thickened and re-fill it with fruit. Again, leave for a day.
We repeat this procedure until the syrup is completely evaporated. As a rule, it takes 8-10 days, and the glazed fruits are ready. Dry them well and put in glass jars.
A little trick: to give the fruit an attractive appearance, you can add gelatin to the syrup (two grams per hundred grams of fruit).

Glazed fruits for cake can be cookedaccording to the following recipe. For its implementation, we need: apples, pears, quince (two pieces), plums, apricots, peaches (four pieces), water (one liter), powdered sugar (one kilogram).
From water and powder we cook syrup.Fruits are cleaned, large ones are cut into slices, pierced with a needle so that they are better impregnated. Fill with hot syrup, leave for a day. Then we merge, boil down to the density and re-fill the fruit. Leave for 5-7 days until complete evaporation of the syrup. Fruits lay on paper, dry well and put in a cardboard box.
Such glazed fruits are stored for a very long time. They will be the perfect cake decoration.
