When the liquid boils again, it is necessary to put spices, bay leaf and any seasoning in it. Foam that may appear during the cooking process must be removed. The wolves are boiled for 15 minutes after boiling.

If the mushrooms settle to the bottom, then they are ready.The brine at the same time becomes transparent. Then the mushrooms are pulled out of the pan and spread in a container designed for salting. After that, they are poured with brine (two tablespoons per liter of liquid). It should not be too much. Put the mushrooms in jars and close the lids. After 1.5 months they can be eaten.

Salting mushrooms can be done by either of these two methods. Store ready mushrooms should be in a cool and not very wet room.
