You will need these ingredients:

• one and a half to two kilograms of potatoes;
• three hundred grams of pork;
• three hundred grams of champignons;
• sunflower oil;
• one carrot (large);
• two onions;
• ground black pepper;
• black peppercorns;
• seasoning specifically for potatoes;
• salt;
• laurel leaf;

How to cook stewed potatoes with meatand mushrooms? First we wash the meat and cut it into slices. We clean and finely chop one bulb. We heat the frying pan and pour the sunflower oil. Put the meat in a frying pan and fry it until it rusty. Then add the onion. Mushrooms washed, cleaned, cut into cubes and also fry in sunflower oil.

Potatoes need to be washed, brushed and cutwith dice. Finely chop the second bulb. We rub the carrot on a grater. We mix potatoes with meat, onions, carrots, mushrooms. All this season with the above seasonings and pour into a saucepan. Then we fill the potatoes with water, put it on the gas and wait until it boils, and then make the gas less and stew until ready. Such stewed potatoes with meat and mushrooms are served with salted cucumbers or tomatoes.

Stewed potatoes with minced meat and onion

Ingredients:

• five bulbs (medium size);
• three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 300-500 grams of stuffing (any);
• half a kilo of potatoes;
• 350 grams of carrots;
• 400 ml of broth (meat) or plain water;
• three tablespoons of tea salt;
• 150 grams of green peas (frozen);
• one tablespoon (table) of tomato paste;
• two spoons of parsley (chopped);
• 150 grams of sour cream.

Heat the oil and add chopped onionsand stuffing. Stew until the minced meat has lost its original red color. Then add to it diced carrots and potatoes. Fry for five minutes, stirring. Then we pour the broth, salt and simmer for another ten minutes. Pour out the frozen peas and stew for another five minutes. Next we add tomato paste.
At the end of cooking potatoes add sour cream and parsley (or decorate the dish before serving).

Stewed potatoes with stew

For cooking, you will need:
• about ten potatoes;
• one can of stew;
• one can of red beans in tomato sauce;
• four pickled cucumbers (small);
• one carrot;
• one onion;
• salt and pepper;
• a couple of bay leaves.

We boil water in a saucepan and in the meantime we clean andcut into cubes potatoes. When the water boils, you need to salt it a little and pour potatoes into it. Onions should be finely chopped, grated carrots, chopped cucumbers, too, grind. Pour all this to our potatoes, then add a couple of bay leaves and pepper.

We lay out the stew to the potatoes, and let it boilon a small fire. About five minutes before readiness, you need to add the beans in the sauce and mix everything well. If necessary, use spices. If you like the potatoes were not thick, you can add more water.
