There are many different recipes and types.salads: fish, meat, poultry, seafood and of course, fruit and sweet salads. We decided to dwell on some of them, namely on the options for making Sofia salad. It is not known for certain why it is so called, but, as you know, the flight of the master chef’s imagination is limitless. Let's take a closer look at the options for its preparation.
Salad "Sofia" with smoked cheese
Components:
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- ham - 200 g;
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs .;
- smoked cheese - 150 g;
- greenery;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking:
- Wash vegetables under water, cut into strips.
- Clean the ham from the film, prepare smoked cheese for cutting.
- Cut the way you like.
- Greens chop up.
- Combine all components, dress with mayonnaise, mix.
- If necessary, salt and pepper. Usually, this is not required, as cheese, ham, mayonnaise are salty in themselves.

Cabbage and crab sticks - try the new
Salad cooking is very easy and simple. These products will be enough for 4 servings.
List of products for cooking:
- cabbage - one third of the head;
- an apple is half sour;
- onion - half of the head;
- canned corn - 4-5 Art. l .;
- crab sticks - 5-7 pcs .;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- crackers with the taste of crabs - 1 pack;
- yogurt / sour cream - 1 tbsp. l .;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- mustard - to taste;
- seasonings.
Preparation:
- Wash the cabbage and finely chop finely. Then rinse and salt.
- Apple peel off the skin, as it will be superfluous, remove the core.
- Cut into strips or small cubes.
- Shred onion with very thin (to transparency) rings, then cut them into four more pieces.
- Crab sticks free from film and also chopped.
- Boil eggs, then grate.
- Pour all the ingredients in the dressing. To make it, you need to mix sour cream (yogurt) with mayonnaise, add mustard. Pepper mix.
- Croutons fall asleep before serving, so that they do not fall apart.
Salad "Sofia" with smoked cheese, of course, is fundamentally different from this, but this does not prevent it from remaining tasty and delicious.
Chicken Crunch
This dish is very simple and low-calorie. Perfect for people on a diet. Chicken goes well with fruit, but because we get an unusual taste and aroma.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 1 pc .;
- pineapple - half a jar;
- bullseye (seven) - 1 pc .;
- fresh cucumber - 2 pcs .;
- mustard (can be grainy) - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
- mayonnaise (to taste);
- seasonings.
Cooking:
- Boil the chicken in salted water. Cool it down. Slice.
- With pineapple drain the water, cut it.
- Cucumbers clean (optional), cut.
- Do the same with the apple.
- Season, pour mayonnaise and mustard, mix.
Salad "Sofia" with chicken will delight you with its lightness and beauty. When serving, put the green spinach leaves on the dish and on top - a nicely heaped dish.
Yummy veal
Products for cooking:
- veal - 200 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
- Onion - 1 pc .;
- parsley, dill - in half a bunch;
- lemon juice - half a tablespoon;
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
- suluguni - a pigtail;
- seasonings.

Cooking:
- Bulgarian pepper wash, scrub the middle, wash the seeds inside.
- Drain, chop straws about 3 cm.
- Peel the onions, chop them very finely or grate.

- Boil veal in salted water, cool. Cut into cubes.

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;

- sunflower oil;
- lemon juice (to taste).
Cooking:
- Marinate the onion in lemon juice for 20 minutes, after cleaning it and cutting it into half rings.
- After marinating, drain the liquid into another bowl.
- Rinse avocado, peel, chop into large pieces.
- Salad leaves tear hands.
- Crab sticks chop into large pieces, as well as fresh cucumber.
- Peel the shrimp.
- Boil eggs, cool, chop.
- Chop the coriander, skip the garlic through a press.
- Mix all ingredients, add corn.
- Salt and pepper. All pour vegetable oil with the addition of liquid from under the marinade. Season with crushed garlic.
