  • Onion bulb - 2 medium heads.
  • Potatoes - 2-3 average tuber.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces.
  • Beets - 1 large or 2 things medium.
  • Carrots - 1 large.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Garlic - 3 large cloves.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 small pack. Its fat content should not be below 67%.

Having bought all the products listed above, you needboil hard-boiled eggs, boil vegetables until ready - potatoes, carrots, beets. Garlic must be crushed with garlic press or chopped very finely with a knife and mixed with mayonnaise.

  • put the finely chopped onions on the bottom of the dish with high sides, grease it with garlic and mayonnaise sauce;
  • then lay out a layer of boiled potatoes, grated on a large grater, on top of the potatoes again covered with garlic seasoning;
