The baked Veprevo knee is a crown dishThe Czech Republic. The original recipe for its preparation has long been national and is offered in all institutions of the country. At the same time, it resembles the usual cooking pork knuckle in the oven, which is so fond of baking in Ukraine and in Russia.
Ingredients
- pork knuckle - 1 piece;
- beer - 2 liters;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- pepper fragrant - 15 peas;
- black pepper - 10 peas;
- ginger root;
- Bay leaf;
- apples sour - 2 pieces;
- honey - 100 g;
- salt;
- nutmeg;
- soy sauce - 50 ml;
- coriander;
- parsley;
- celery.
