Preparing dishes for the Easter table goes on throughout the whole Saturday, beginning with the very morning, but then the hostess is free for several days in the kitchen: it is believed that at least on Sunday, it is better to do nothing at home.

You can add vanilla sugar, salt to taste, raisins, nuts, etc. First, butter is melted in the pan, then cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs are added there, everything is stirred to a homogeneous consistency, preferably with a blender, brought to a boil on a very slow fire, after which it cools down.
