Very delicious dumplings are obtained in the multivarquet with vegetables, and most importantly, that cooking them is easy.
For cooking you will need:half a kilo of dumplings, a bulb, a pair of carrots, 3-4 pcs. fresh potatoes, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste and the same amount of sour cream, spices, salt, 2 Bulgarian peppers, vegetable oil.
Potatoes are cleaned and cut into 4-6 pieces independing on the size, carrots cut in circles, and onions - thick half rings. Prepared vegetables are put on the bottom of the bowl and poured with a mixture of sour cream, tomato paste and vegetable oil. Top layer of dumplings and potatoes. Pour 2 glasses of hot water and put the bowl in the multivark. Prepare dumplings for an hour on the "baking" mode.
The recipe can be slightly modified and cooked dumplings in a multivark with mushrooms.
For preparation it will be required:a large carrot, an onion, a pound of dumplings, 400 grams of fresh mushrooms, a small can of sour cream, salt and pepper. Onions cut into half rings, and carrots are rubbed on a grater, mushrooms cut into large pieces. Before you can lay vegetables in a multivarker, you can fry them a little. Then the vegetables are mixed with frozen pelmeni, seasoned with sour cream, salted and sprinkled with pepper. Depending on the model, dumplings are cooked for about 50 minutes at the "baking" or "toasting" mode.
