Chicken and Potato Pie

We will need: a small chicken or chicken, six medium potatoes, two onions.

For the test: one cup of kefir, two tablespoons of sunflower oil, two eggs, flour, a pinch of soda, and salt.

To make chicken and potato piewe will need an hour and a half. First, let's do a test. Beat the eggs, pour in a glass of kefir, add soda, sunflower oil and salt. Knead the dough so that it rolls well. Cover it with a towel and leave for some time.

Preparation: first knead the dough for the cake. To do this, take a big cup, sift the flour, pour baking powder, add salt and mix.

Leave the mince to cool. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. The cooled dough is cut into two unequal parts. The part that is more, roll into a cake and put into shape. Top evenly lay out the minced meat and potato slices. Cover the cake with the second cake, fasten the edges and make a hole in the middle, into which we pour a little broth. We coat the surface of the cake with an egg and put it in the oven for an hour. After that, take out and serve.

We will need: a glass of water, two glasses of rye flour, four spoons of vegetable oil, seven medium potatoes, three onions, and salt.
