Deputies immediately approved the draft lawimmediately in three readings, then sent it for consideration to the Council of the Federation. The beginning of privatization
As you know, the privatization process in our countrystarted in the early 90s of the last century. Subsequently, its dates were repeatedly postponed: to the beginning of 2007, then to the beginning of 2010, and then to March 1 of last year.
Experts predicted that afterthe last set date, the Russians will register the ownership of the housing in which they previously lived, after paying its market value. Now free privatization of the apartment is extended until March 1, 2015. At the same time, the procedure for the deprivatization of housing discussed above has been prolonged for the same period.
Earlier, city officials announced their intention to make deprivatization of the apartment unlimited for Muscovites.
What does the law require?
In accordance with the requirements of the law, forregistration of the property in private ownership must obtain the consent of all family members who live in it, as well as those who are 14 years old.
Persons recognized by law limitedcapable (those who are in the age range from 14 to 18 years), can make out the privatization of the property only with the consent of their legal representatives. If one of the relatives who lives together in an apartment objects to privatization, then he must officially refuse to implement this procedure. In this case, other family members can arrange housing in common ownership.
It is necessary to emphasize that the question of whetherhow long the privatization of apartments has been extended is no longer relevant for those who redeveloped it without permission from the relevant authorities. It is also impossible to arrange for private property housing, which is located in an emergency house to be demolished.
Features of the free privatization procedure
The process of registration of a residential property in private ownership occurs in several stages. First, BTI specialists should inspect the square meters being privatized.

If minors live in an apartment, the guardianship authorities must also give permission for privatization.

At the same time, in order to compile the above document, the presence of all residents who expressed a desire to participate in the privatization process is necessary. The term of execution of the contract, as a rule, does not exceed two weeks from the moment of application.
At the final stage, the interested person applies to the registering authority, which will subsequently issue him with a certificate confirming the owner’s rights to the residential property.
