Where to get paid?

Documents required to receive payments
To apply for a burial allowance, it is necessary to provide the following basic package of documents to a suitable addressee:
- A request for this payment.
- Original certificate of death. It is represented by standard form No. 33, which was approved by decree of the Government No. 1274 (1998).
- Death certificate, which is issued in the registry office.
- If necessary, be prepared to provide your bank details - to transfer the specified amount to the specified account.

Death certificate
This is the primary document from whichthe organization of the funeral begins. On its basis, a death certificate of a citizen is issued in the registry office. Such a certificate is issued at a medical organization at the place of residence of the deceased, in the morgue.
To receive this paper of form No. 33, you must provide the documents:
- Passport of the deceased.
- Identity document of the applicant.
- Outpatient card of the deceased.
- A body inspection report issued by a police officer who arrives at the place of death.

What is the size of the burial allowance today?This amount is established by the same Federal Law No. 8. Its size is governed by Clause 1, Article 10. The amount of payment is 4,000 rubles. However, this is data for the distant 1996. Therefore, the act provides for indexation of payments (it is carried out periodically) in accordance with the inflation rate in the Russian Federation.

This amount is set as a burial allowance for those whose death date is later than February 1, 2018.
