Each organization has its own rules for writing an application. And if you do not stick to them, then your documents will not be accepted. Sometimes such a refusal is unlawful, but it is much easier to fulfill local requirements for the execution of documentation than to prove three months in court that the organization's employees were wrong.

There is a single unified systemorganizational-administrative documentation, or, briefly, the USORD. It is not mandatory for all organizations, but clerks often apply the requirements set out in the standard for the execution of documents.

According to the UWWG, the preparation of the application begins with thewriting a cap, which indicates the personal information of the applicant and the head of the organization. The word "Statement" is written in the upper left corner, opposite the cap, there the document's outgoing number is also indicated. Then comes the text, at the end the signature and date are put.

General requirements

However, sometimes there are situations whenit is necessary to write an application without a sample and without a completed form. Is there any rules for writing an application in this case? It turns out that there are, but they are not legislated in any of the codes of the Russian Federation. Rather, these are rules of business ethics, the implementation of which helps the parties to understand each other. So, what should be in your application:

3. Descriptive part.

7. Signature and date.

The application should not be obscene, as it gives a legal right not to consider this document.

And the last:The general rules for writing an application do not provide for the execution of a document in strictly written or printed form. On the application in writing, there should be only a signature, and all the rest - at the discretion of the applicant.
