Society cannot develop without collision.interests. It is in the resolution of contradictions that truth is born. Pedagogical conflict is no exception. In a dispute, each of the parties is trying to prove precisely his own right, defending his own point of view in the process of the incident, which provokes a clash of interests.
Pedagogical conflict has its own specifics and features:
- professional responsibility of the teacher for the correct way out of the disputed situation, because educational institutions are a small model of society;
- participants in the conflict have different social status that determines the behavior of the parties in it;
- the existing difference in life experience and age divorces the positions of the participants in the conflict and creates different responsibilities for errors in its resolution;
- a different understanding of events and their causes by the participants in a disputable situation: children find it difficult to cope with their emotions, and the teacher does not always understand the position of the child;
- pedagogical conflict, in which there are witnesses, has educational value, which should be remembered by an adult;
- the professional position of the teacher in a disputable situation obliges him to be proactive in his resolution;
- if in the process of a conflict situation the teacher made a blunder or a mistake, this leads to the emergence of new incidents, in which other participants are included.
The main controversies in education wereand remain subject to the category of "what and how to teach." It is precisely in this plan that “clashes” often occur between teachers and the legal representatives of the child, since the latter believe that their children have not been educated or have incorrectly explained the material.
Pedagogical conflict - the inevitable parteducational process, because there will always be people dissatisfied with each other's actions: not all teachers and educators share the position of parents, just as the latter are far from every issue agree with the teacher.
Ways of resolving pedagogical conflicts are quite a complicated procedure for any representative of this profession. When choosing them should be guided by some basic rules:
- try to extinguish the conflict, that is, to transfer it from the emotional to the business part, to calm, so that there is an opportunity to agree;
- one should try to prevent a conflict situation, since it is easier to do this than to find ways to solve it;
- resolve the controversial situation "here and now" in order not to aggravate it. Even if this was only partially achieved, the work done opens the door to further positive agreement.
Conflict in teaching is a thing.ordinary This is a sphere of communication, interaction, so they are inevitable. The pedagogical team of the school, and especially the kindergarten, consists mostly of female persons, and they have to “live together” with each other every day. And besides internal interactions, there are also conversations with parents of children, who are not always benevolently disposed. Therefore, conflict situations are inevitable, as long as they are not destructive.
