For the past two years, Crimea has again become part of theRussian Federation. At first everything was not bad and quite encouraging - the peninsula within the next month went to rubles, residents received new passports, began to import goods from the mainland of Russia. Little by little, the new government began to make the peninsula independent of the previous country, in which it was part. After all, in fact the vast majority of resources Crimea "took" precisely from Ukraine. And everything went on its own until it was November 20.
What happened?
And what happened was that the Crimea plunged into darkness. On the night of November 20 in the Kherson region, the pylons of two power lines were damaged, which were important not only for Kherson, but also for the entire peninsula. After all, it was for them that electricity was supplied to the territory of the Crimea! How did it happen? Who is guilty? What are the consequences? And for how long will the light turn off in the Crimea? These and many other questions attacked the puzzled inhabitants of the peninsula.
Several people were being blown up,"Patriots" of Ukraine, who even a year and a half after the return of the Crimea to the Russian Federation could not accept this. And the diversion was organized by Enver Kutia, who is an infantryman from the Donbass battalion. Naturally, a criminal case was opened on the fact of the incident in the article "Diversion".
Effects
In the literal sense of the word, there was a complete disconnectlight in the Crimea. The peninsula was de-energized. And many people panicked. In particular, the residents of Shchelkino and other small towns, where everything, in fact, "kept" on electricity. There was not much gas in such small towns. And they had the worst of all. Disconnection of light in the Crimea in such settlements affected so much that even went to extremes: on the streets organized small items with sandwiches, hot drinks and thermos with boiling water, which were distributed free of charge to residents of towns without food and heat.
Of course, electricity was served from time to time.Immediately the authorities of the Republic began to develop a schedule of switching off the light in the Crimea. It was necessary somehow to systematize this moment in order to distribute the energy, which was the minimum in the reserve. And, of course, the generators began to sell actively. That's only in connection with the increase in demand increased prices. Many residents of nearby regions quickly realized what was happening, and, having bought generators at home, brought them here, sell at doubled or even tripled prices. But free generators were delivered to the Crimea for enterprises. The first thing they did was provide hospitals, polyclinics, and other institutions of strategic importance.
Disconnection routine
And now about the schedule of turning off the lights in the Crimea, which, in fact, was not. While the authorities in a hurry organized work under Kerch to lay the energy bridge under the water from Kerch to the mainland of Russia, electricity should be supplied and disconnected at strictly specified intervals. And it is right.
A schedule of turning off the light in the Crimea was necessary. In the early days, some areas were sitting in the darkness of 10, 13, or even 15 hours, while certain cities did not disconnect at all. Organized the so-called "fan outages" of light in the Crimea. In fact, it should look like this: for 2 hours deenergize one area, 2 - another, another 2 - the third, etc. And so in all the cities.
Yes, the schedule for turning off the light in the Crimea was.But no one was following it. Undoubtedly, it was possible to guess approximately at what moment the energy would be supplied. However, in fact, the Crimeans were deprived of electricity not by 2, but by 3-4 hours. In general, the light outage schedule in the Crimea required explicit improvements.
Actions
Initially, the inhabitants of the peninsula were informed that inSuch a regime will have to live until May 2016. But the situation resolved much faster. Within 10 days the first line of the energy bridge was laid. And that's when they started observing the schedule of turning off the light in the Crimea. The need to save remained, but it was already possible to relax a little. Although by that time the entire peninsula was already on generators.
In December, the second line was laid.Disconnect the energy continued, but not so often. Most of all, by the way, suffered a city of military glory - Sevastopol. There, energy was saved until the last, and shutdowns were conducted regularly. But already from the end of December, everything began to improve.
At the moment, the final works are being carried out.Already, at the end of March, the connection of the third line will be completed, and the last, fourth one will be built until May. Yes, let this rush was facilitated not by the most pleasant incident, and the inhabitants of the Republic had to survive a global outage in the Crimea, but now the peninsula will become completely independent in terms of electricity from Ukraine.
