Legislation in the field of taxis in recent yearsthe state decided that this type of public transport should be in "free floating" and this must be stopped. But the first results of the application of the new "taxi law" in the summer of 2012 showed that not everything is so simple. And while lawmakers waited, after the entry into force of Federal Law No. 69, all taxi drivers get licenses, the opposite happened. And now, the results of all legislative decisions were summed up at the International Eurasian Forum "Taxi" 2013. The event was held in St. Petersburg on August 8 and 9. And while the lawmakers understood where the mistake was, at the exhibition (held in the framework of the forum) various companies talked about their achievements in technological terms. And it turned out that the technical side of the taxi business feels at times better than the legislative one. And some companies even promptly proposed ways to solve some of the complexities caused by the "taxi law".
