Youth years
Victor Ivanovich comes from a small villageIngaly Omsk region. He was born October 18, 1962 in a family of ordinary workers. However, his very childhood was spent in the village of Mogilno-Poselskoe. The boy’s parents moved there in 1968, as they offered his father a better job. Viktor Nazarov admits that in his youth he was not much different from other peers. Like most Soviet guys, he first graduated from school, then the technical school, and then went to work as a turner at the Electrotechnical Plant named after Karl Marx. In the army, Viktor Ivanovich was called to serve in 1980.

- Assistant Prosecutor of the Omsk and Cherlak districts (1988-1990).
- Investigator in the military prosecutor's office (1990-1992).
- Lawyer consultant, collaborated with large companies of the region (1992-2003).
- Deputy Head of Department in Omsk LLC Mezhregiongaz (2003-2005).
- General Director of Omskregiongaz (2005-2012).
Deputy chair
At the end of 2011, elections were held in Omskdeputies of the Legislative Assembly. Then, for the first time, voters saw the name "Victor Nazarov" in the ballots. The biography of the lawyer had a lot of positive references, and therefore he easily passed into the regional duma. Here he received the position of deputy chairman of the state property committee of the region.
