It is customary to assume that the freelancer is engaged in remote work. Who is this from the standpoint of social status, profession, occupation? In fact, the concept, unlike the word, is far from new. In Europe, and throughout the world, long ago there were so-called "free spearmen" - this is how the word "freelancer" is translated. Who is it? And how are they related to hunting?

There is nothing really warlike, exceptthat they themselves seek for their livelihood, the means to live. Another meaning of this word is a free artist. So, freelancer - who is this? This is a person who works "for himself," a representative of the free profession, who is self-seeking orders and customers. In addition, there are also such phenomena as professional burnout and the exhaustion of creative potential. In this case, freelancing can be an excellent solution.
