He plays a decisive role in the process of decorating the interior, creating his own image, and also means a lot if you are related to painting. Everyone knows that the spectrum is divided into chromatic and achromatic colors: the first have shades, a certain level of lordship, saturation - in a word, these are all the colors that we see (red, green, blue, brown, and so on). As for the latter, they include the lightest white, the darkest black, and also the numerous shades of gray that are in the gap between the two above.

They are often used in our lives as basic and as auxiliary, and also occupy far from the last place in contemporary art. In the past centuries, artists preferred to work with color - their paintings were painted with pastels, oil, colored coals. Those paintings on which the image was applied only in pencil, were considered sketches.

In the twentieth century, the achromatic colors of steelto win a leading position among the masters in the field of painting. One of the first artists who began to paint their canvases in black and white, was Pablo Picasso. Among his works is "Guernica" - a complete abstraction, moreover devoid of color.
