History

The Council of Deputies issued a resolution on the opening of a concert and pop bureau. It was headed by M. Lifits. The bureau held concerts, lectures, literary evenings. The bureau was renamed the Philharmonic in 1954. The repertoire has changed. Appeared their artists.

Boris Shtokolov

There he became a soloist of the Mariinsky Theater, where he served until 1990. But since Boris Shtokolov was a world star of opera, he performed on the stages of four continents.
B. Shtokolov performed the roles of Boris Godunov, Ivan Susanin, Mephistopheles and many others. He was awarded a large number of awards, medals, orders, was awarded honorary titles.
