Pavel Kornev: biography
Pavel was born in 1978 in Chelyabinsk.There he graduated from school and entered ChelSU (Chelyabinsk State University) in the Faculty of Economics. After graduation, I got a job in Sberbank in my specialty, where I served for ten years. Only in 2003 he concentrated all his energies on creativity, began to participate in competitions. However, the first attempts were unsuccessful.

In the frontier, cold reigns almost constantly reigns, and outside the few cities and settlements it is easy to find a werewolf, a living dead man and other vermin. Just to stay alive in this hostile place is not a task for wimps.
It was here that Pavel Kornev decided to abandon hisHero of Alexander Lednev, better known to others as Ice or Slippery. The adventures of this outstanding character in all respects are narrated by the first four books of the series: “Ice”, “Slippery”, “Black Dreams”, “Black Midday”.

This is not Sasha Ice, accustomed to solve everything by brute force. Eugene is a clairvoyant, and his gift is largely the cause of all the troubles of the hero.
The dilogy includes: "Ice stronghold" and "Where it's warm." Both books were surprisingly well received not only by Kornev's fans, but also by the pioneers in the combat fantasy genre.
About the return of Ice
In the seventh book, Pavel Kornev decided to return histhe hero. In the arena is Sasha Lednev, who now has to solve the problem far more important than saving his own life. The space of the Frontier begins to invade reality. Stable transitions appear between worlds, which unknown, but very enterprising individuals immediately decide to use.
The book "Ice.Cleaner ”was no longer so clearly appreciated by fans. Many have found that some descriptions are too tight, and our world does not look like itself. As for the plot and characters of the characters, here the author remained true to himself.
"Hop and Klondike"

Series "Exorcist"

This cycle had a lot more negativereviews than all previous books of the writer. Many did not like the world, others found too many similarities between Ice and Sebastian March. However, there were those who liked this work.
Series "City Autumn"
Pavel Kornev began work on this cycle in 2013. To date, it is considered complete and includes two books: "Divisional Commissar" and "Without anger and partiality."
The events of this series unfold in the worldsplit into pieces that bind only railroad rails. Time is frozen here, and alchemical plants are transformed into energy called Eternity. This world is filled with strange entities that can drive you crazy with just one touch. It is here that the protagonist of the novel lives - the special police commissioner Victor Gray. He was responsible for keeping order in this strange world.
Readers liked this series much more than the previous one. The world and the characters turned out to be attractive, and the writer's appeal to the science fiction genre was unusual and interesting.
In addition to the books described above, Kornev belongs to the series "All-Good Electricity", which includes novels: "The Shining One" and "Heartless". At the moment the cycle is unfinished.
