First, the inventor starts the car and opens the portal in the 16th century, as a result of which Tsar Ivan the Terrible moves to the present. Then Rain cleans the wall between the two apartments, and here we see the most legendary thief-swindler Miloslavsky. The play ends with the fact that all three are sent in 2222.

The play "Ivan Vasilyevich" echoes the plot of "Bliss", however, it is more known to modern lovers of cinema and theater thanks to the film by Leonid Gaidai.

The character of Georges and the style of work

The real name of the adventurer Miloslavsky is Yuri.Yuri has at once two nicknames: "Georges" and "Soloist". "George" - so the name of Yuri is pronounced in the French manner. The last nickname the thief received because he works always alone, and also because of his habit of telling everyone that he is a famous actor.

In order not to destroy the usual image of Shurik's simpletons, the engineer was renamed from Nikolai to Alexander. And the rest of the film is strictly based on the play, with the exception of small details.
