How to make a dress of corrugated paper? As an example, take a simple option. For the work we need:
- several rolls of colored paper
- a piece of cardboard or foam for the base,
- masking tape,
- scissors,
- glue gun,
- decorative elements for dress decoration: beads, lace, ribbons,
- thin wire.
If the doll is without legs, the lower part of the skirt can be closed with a circle cut from an opaque plastic cover. Dress made of corrugated paper is as follows:
- We make a cone of cardboard, fixing the edges with masking tape so that there remains a sufficient opening for the doll on top.
- Cut out blanks for the top and bottom of the dress.
- We place the doll inside the blank and fix it in place with scotch tape.
- We fasten the bodice. The skirt blank is wrapped in a sheet of paper. On it will be mounted decorative elements.
- Stretching the paper on the bottom of the skirt, make "waves".
