Ingredients:

- pepper ground black;

Beef should be washed, dried and cutin small pieces. Then sprinkle with pepper, salt and fry in vegetable oil until a crust is formed. After that, we put the meat in a saucepan. The onions must be cleaned, washed cut into half rings and fried. Then put the onion on top of the meat and pour the sour cream (previously diluted in water). It takes about two hours to extinguish beef. At the end of its preparation, add the bay leaves and simmer for another 12 minutes. After that, leave the meat for a short time (for about 10 minutes) to cool slightly. Beef stewed in sour cream is ready for use.
Recipe number 3. Beef stewed in the oven
Ingredients for cooking:
- beef - 2 kg;
- garlic - 11 denticles;
- carrots - a few pieces;
- salt, spices;
- vegetable oil;
- greenery.
Meat should be washed, remove the film.Garlic clean, carrots, too, clean and rinse, then grate. Mix the carrots, spices, garlic and stuff it with meat. After that, lightly fry beef on vegetable oil. Then put it in a sleeve or foil and bake for about two hours (180 degrees).
Recipe number 4. Braised beef in Italian
Ingredients:
- cinnamon - 1 stick;
- carnation - 4 pcs .;
- sweet peas - 3 pcs .;
- black pepper - 6 peas;
- olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
- beef - 1.5 kg;
- onion - 1 piece;
- garlic - 4 slices;
- celery - 2 arrows;
- carrots - a few pieces;
- dry red wine - 1 glass;
- tomatoes - 700 g;
- parsley.
First you need to mix cinnamon, fragrantpeas, cloves, black peas and grind in a coffee grinder to form a powder. Heat the olive oil and fry the meat on both sides for about 12 minutes. Then put it in a slukukker.
